Family Run For Over 30 Years

Our story begins over thirty years ago with our Grandma Brenda who opened our little shop as "Sheer Elegance Flowers Of The Forest". A gift shop like no other full to the brim of trinkets & treasures, flower arrangements & more now transformed by her Grandson Dom into a quaint & cosy Coffee Shop. With his passion for Up Cycled Materials he hand built nearly all of the furnishings out of old Pallet wood. All of our family have worked hard in this shop at some point and it bound us together.

Actually... it's not a shop at all. It's a Home Away From Home, to escape & recuperate, and we want to share that with you...

Beans! Beans! They're Good For Your Heart!

Yes... We do the best cup of coffee around. don't believe us? Well why not come and let us prove it to you!

So how do we do it?

It all starts with sourcing the right coffee beans from a top quality coffee roaster. Thats why we chose Moon Roast! A speciality coffee roaster in Alresford. Their Moon Shot blend makes for the perfect balance of smooth nutty notes to compliment all of our coffee choices...

More Than Just Great Coffee Beans

The second part comes from us, the dedicated baristas at Pallets.

You see having the right tools for the job is important but it's the skills and experience we pride ourselves in developing that makes for

that perfect cup of coffee.

Our skills allow us to taste and understand what makes a great

cup of coffee, how to grind and extract our coffee beans consistently

every time, how to manipulate the milk to compliment our espresso

perfectly, and above all else we pride ourselves in making Pallets

the most welcoming and comfy place it can be for you.

Seriously! you should come and try us out for yourself...

Who's That Handsome Chap?

Oh... Did we mention Rod Stewart came to visit us?

Well... he didn't come all the way to visit us personally but he came for a quick trip down memory lane and ended up enjoying a slice of cake & a

cup of tea whilst showing us old photos of himself when he was last in here.

Did you know he met Maggie May here in Beaulieu

whilst he was attending the old Beaulieu Jazz festival?

Well you do now!
